Programme Manager required to join a Financial Services Client for a long-term programme of work based in Bristol (with remote working available).
Key skills & experience required:
The ideal and successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running.
- Extensive experience working at Senior Programme Level, managing several teams simultaneously
- Proactive with a Delivery focused approached, not a hands-off approach
- Experience managing large-scale, complex programmes of work ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
- Excellent Stakeholder engagement skills to C-Suite Level and comfortable dealing with ExCo
- Experience of working in fast-paced, high-pressure Financial Services environments
